Horse Teachers

As herd animals, horses form relationships.
These relationships are with the other horses in their herd, or the humans in their lives that make up a part of their herd.

We as humans like to identify this relationship on many levels.
Instinct can make us a predator, but evolution has made us a friend.

They  tolerate our need to have them as a part of our lives.
We can even believe that they need us to be a part of theirs too!

By looking in their eyes, they can show us a reflection of ourselves.

And whom do we want that person to be?

Once again Sue, you have caught our kindred spirits in perfect form. May we never stop learning from them and may we make them proud to have us as their pupils.
